Summer 2012

The latest news at Foggy Morning Glen:  Our roads and sidewalks are finished and fiber optics are in!  The subdivision is now complete!  We are currently offering special incentives towards construction costs; so now is the time to contact our realtor if you are looking for a beautiful neighborhood to live in with wooded lots in a country setting.  Foggy Morning Glen is NOT impacted by I-69!  So what are you waiting for?   We currently have three new homes, one new home to begin construction at any time and two more lots sold.  Drive through our neighborhood and I am sure you will be impressed!

Spring 2012

Spring arrived early this year and the redbuds and flowers are blooming! It looks beautiful here at Foggy Morning Glen. The sidewalks will be complete and the final coat of asphalt will be poured this Spring! At least one new home will begin construction at any time. We are looking forward again to adding a new family to the neighborhood!

Spring 2011

We have made it through the Winter snow (and rain) and Spring is just around the corner. We are so excited because 3 more lots have been sold! On lot #6, our new neighbors will be moving into their newly built home within weeks! We look forward to seeing homes going up on lot #11 and lot #12 this summer! It is so exciting to see the neighborhood developing so quickly.

We hope that the Spring and Summer will bring more potential neighbors to our growing community. Although the Winter snow was beautiful, you cannot help but love the beauty of the Spring season here at Foggy Morning Glen. I hope that you will come out and see for yourself.

Summer 2010

We have had an exciting summer! Our new neighbors moved into their new home on lot #10 in July. In addition to that, we have offers on two other lots. We are so looking forward to seeing Foggy Morning Glen grow into a wonderful neighborhood.

We have now lived here through the Winter, Spring and Summer and are looking forward to the Fall and seeing the autumn leaves. Foggy Morning Glen is such a beautiful wooded area and the Fall is a perfect time to see it in all its beauty!

We hope you will drive through our neighborhood yourself to see what we are talking about!

Winter 2010

We are living in our new home! Construction was completed November 2009. We enjoyed the holidays with our family in our new home, both Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have been experiencing two seasons so far and looking forward to Spring and all that it brings. Looking forward to seeing the grass sprout up and the leaves on the trees, although we have so enjoyed the beauty of the snow and winter views out our back windows. We can look down the valley and see the creek, enjoying the wildlife on the back 22 acres. Signs of new wildlife have been spotted (we think we have a beaver on the property!) The creek remains high and the waterfall has continued to flow. Our dog, Dakota, is an absolute snow dog and lives to play in the snow!

We have great news! We have new neighbors! Lot #10 sold in November and construction began in February. We are excited to have neighbors and look forward to the completion of their home in early Summer. Their home is right next to ours and enjoy visiting with them. Activity is picking up as the economy is improving. We anticipate Foggy Morning Glen taking off and growing into a wonderful community of its own.

SPRING UPDATE!

We are going to start construction on our house THIS MONTH!! We are very excited and anticipate that we will be in our new home by Nov/Dec time frame. Joe Graber Construction was awarded the contract and financing will be through Monroe Bank. Please drive by and check out the different phases.

Big news on the property to the south of us...It has been purchased by Hidden Falls LLC. The plan is to demolish the front old building as soon as possible and at some point build a small neighborhood friendly business (prof. building, ice cream/sandwhich shop/coffee house). The property has been rezoned from general business YEA! to PUD. We supported this in the open forum of the planning commision so that it would protect our south border. The plan is to add 6 patio garden homes behind the small business and a large green space and walking trail to two large waterfalls. Four additional lots will be added adjacent to Foggy and be rolled into the current Homeowner's Association with the same Covenants and Restrictions. We now have protected borders on all sides. Things just keep getting better in our new neighborhood!

We are going to have an Open House on May 17th for tours, prizes, and refreshments to showcase our accomplishments so far. Please plan on an outing to see us that day.

Grass is growing and re-seeding is ongoing now, and we are contracting for some professional landscaping in front of our entrance gates.
